By downloading or using Zuno ("the app"), you agree to these terms. They're meant to be readable.

What Zuno is

Zuno is a third-party client that connects to media servers you operate or have authorized access to — specifically Plex and Jellyfin. Zuno is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plex Inc. or the Jellyfin Project.

Your content

Your library and its contents belong to you (or to whoever holds the rights). Zuno doesn't host, mirror, or take any ownership of the media you stream through it. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to access whatever you watch.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Zuno on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store's standard terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Zuno offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans. All plans unlock all features. Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID.

Refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store's refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Zuno to access content you don't have the right to access.
• Don't reverse engineer, redistribute, or repackage the app.
• Don't try to break our (very small) infrastructure or impersonate Zuno.

Disclaimer

Zuno is provided "as is." We work hard to make it stable and pleasant, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially since the app depends on external servers we don't control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zuno's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
